details that are good for me to know are:

• what you'll be using the art for (personal? promotional? printed?)
• what you want it to look like (color or b&w? traditional or digital? you can attach images for reference, or a text description)
• when you want it done by (if deadline is needed)

i have a loose hourly rate, so the cost will depend on how long the project takes. because of this, i usually accept payment after everything is done. however, if you want to pay half/some up front, it'll bump the priority up and i'll likely get it done faster.

in terms of content, i have virtually no limits. i will draw furries, mechs/robots, fetish porn, fanart, illustrated type... whatever you can think of that doesn't compromise my moral principles! let your imagination run wild, and i'll help make those dreams come true (to the best of my ability).
